No. Although we provide services to women in the BIPOC community, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected status.
A typical therapy session can be between 10 to 12 sessions. However, it is based on the client’s progress and their commitment to therapy.
We are located in South FL. However, we are only providing virtual therapy sessions at this time.
Our fees are:
- $125 for 45 minute sessions
- $135 for 60 minute sessions
- $170 for 90 minute sessions
Yes, I accept insurance as a payment option. The insurances I accept are:

We do not accept out of network benefits. You will have to pay full fee if you choose to go out of network. We can also provide you with a superbill to send over to your insurance company.
Yes, babies are allowed in sessions. This helps alleviate the stress or pressure of looking for a sitter prior to therapy.
Yes, we do assign homework as part of our approach. One HW that is frequently assigned is Journaling. Journaling is very therapeutic. This helps the client assess and track their progress throughout their healing journey.
